Association
Akateemisten Soittajain Seura ry (Academic Musicians Society) was found at 2002. It's a registered non-profit association. Main purpose is to give it's members new possibilities of creating music and improve music hobby belong the students of Oulu University. In order to gain it's purpose, association tries to get music training facilities and instruments, and maintain Web-pages in Internet.
Associations executive committee (4-7 persons) is elected in association's annual meeting. Next year's budget, strategy and membership fee is also decided. Association's activities are described in more detail in it's constitution.
